OUR
STORY

Brynn D’Avello is a Functional Nutritional Therapy Practitioner, Certified GAPS Practitioner, and certified Epidemic Answers Health Coach on a mission to make nutrition simple, approachable, and even fun!

I didn’t set out to become a nutrition practitioner—I just wanted to feel better. After being diagnosed with Graves’ Disease at 19, I learned just how complex (and frustrating) health & wellness can be. Years later, as a mom navigating my son’s diagnoses— Asperger’s, sensory processing disorder, and Tourette’s—I found myself back in that same place… searching for answers that went deeper than quick fixes or surface-level solutions.

That search led me to the GAPS diet—and completely changed the way we understood food, healing, and the body as a whole. What started as a personal journey turned into something much bigger.

I became a Functional Nutritional Therapy Practitioner, a Certified GAPS Practitioner, and a certified Epidemic Answers Health Coach. But more than anything, my work is shaped by real life—feeding a family, navigating challenges, and figuring out how to make this all actually doable.

Because here’s the truth: wellness has to fit your life, or it won’t last.

Today, I work with clients nationwide, helping individuals and families take a personalized, realistic approach to nutrition. From digestive and immune support to childhood development and behavior, my focus is always on getting to the root—and creating a plan that feels sustainable, not overwhelming.

I’m especially passionate about supporting growing families—from preconception through postpartum—and helping kids feel their best through better nutrition and balanced blood sugar.

And as I’ve stepped into a new season of life myself, entering perimenopause, my practice is naturally evolving. Hormone health and balance—for women in all stages—has become an area I care deeply about, because I’m living it too.

My mission is simple: feeling better isn’t just about food—it’s about creating a lifestyle that supports joy, connection, and balance.
