I love helping people make lifestyle changes to reach their nutritional goals. Whether it's simple changes, or a gung-ho overhaul I help my clients find their optimal wellness.

 

As a Functional Nutritional Therapy Practitioner I prioritize nutrient-dense food plans, digestion, blood sugar balance, and easy lifestyle habits to promote sleep and peace. Some of my areas of focus include preconception wellness & maximizing fertility, and helping kids who have asthma, allergies or are on the autism spectrum.

My husband and I first contacted Brynn when we were ready to start our family. We knew prenatal nutrition was important; so we started on a nutrition plan a year prior to conception, to help boost fertility.  

 

With Brynn’s guidance, we started our nutritional journey and began the GAPS diet. The diet was challenging at first (yay detoxing!), but once we started moving through the different stages, I started to feel the benefits. I felt less bloated, experienced clearer thinking (and skin) and lost 10 pounds in the process. Brynn set up a Facebook group with other clients on GAPS, that allowed us to share recipes and experiences, which served as a great support system. 

 

By restructuring our diet and the addition of nutritional supplements, we had the recipe for healthy conception. We are happy to say that we are 6 months pregnant and are continuing to work with Brynn to ensure that my pregnancy is smooth and healthy! Thank you Brynn for being such an important part of our pregnancy journey and helping lay the foundation for a healthy future!

Prior to working with Brynn I was eating very poorly and it was manifesting itself physically. I was overweight and unhealthy, I had horrible skin, trouble sleeping and hormone issues that various doctor's were unable to assist with, and as we had also been trying to conceive naturally for years without any success, Brynn worked with both my husband and I and started us on a detox regimen using the GAPS diet, fertility diet, and supplements. She guided us through our individual needs while keeping our household in mind, so while we both had different nutritional issues to work on we were still able to make meals that we could both enjoy, which made it easier for my husband and I to work together and support each other through our journey. Brynn also made it easier by providing us with plenty of information, she made sure we thoroughly understood the changes that we need to make and the reasons why, she made herself available for any questions (of which there were plenty!) and she also made sure we had outside resources as well - books and articles to read, cookbooks to make our transition easier, suggestions of places to shop, and even a Facebook group where we could connect with others also making nutritional changes - she had it all covered!

 

By committing to an overall lifestyle change, we have been able to make positive improvements in our lives; I no longer have gall bladder attacks, my skin has cleared up significantly, and I no longer have regular sleep issues. Most importantly, after only about 7 months of working with Brynn, my husband and I were able to conceive naturally, without even really "trying," thinking, or stressing over it! We now have the tools to continue on a healthy lifestyle for our future children and ourselves.

My family started seeing Brynn over a year ago. She helped us put together a nutrition plan to work for our entire family, especially our two year old who suffered from eczema, my husband who battled allergies and adrenal fatigue, and myself who dealt with a hormone imbalance that resulted in complicated pregnancies. The time she spent with us planning, encouraging, and guiding was life-changing. As a result of her work, my husband and daughter experienced significant relief, and my third pregnancy was healthy and problem-free.
